A showcase of community paint jobs

The community showcase is a free, open gallery of miniatures that people in the app have painted and shared, real finished models with the kit they are, a caption from the painter and a link straight to that painter's profile. You can scroll the whole feed and open anyone's profile without an account, it is meant to be browsed, not gated.

It is the part of the app that answers what does this actually look like painted, so when you are planning a scheme or deciding whether a kit is worth it you can see how other people in the same hobby have tackled it rather than guessing from a box render. Featured work gets highlighted, and every post credits the person who painted it and points back to them, because the showcase only works if the people doing the painting get the credit for it.

It ties into the rest of Inventarium, so the model you are admiring is the same kit you can track in your collection, plan a scheme for, and work out the paints for across whatever brands you own, and the painter behind it is someone you can find again in the creators directory. Sharing your own work needs an account so posts stay attached to a real person, but looking, and getting ideas, and finding painters to follow, is free and open to anyone.

There is no ranking or algorithm deciding what you see, it is the community's own painting laid out so you can scroll it, get inspired and follow the trail back to whoever did the work, which is really the point of the whole app, putting the people and the models and the paints in one place so the next thing you paint is easier to plan and better than the last.
