Painting meetups, tournaments and store events

The events hub is a free, location aware feed and calendar of hobby events, the club nights, painting meetups, tournaments and store days that are actually near you. It asks for your location on the first visit so it can sort by distance, and you can widen or tighten the radius or flip it to nationwide if you are willing to travel for the right event.

You can read it as a scrolling feed with filters for the kind of event you are after, or as a month calendar, and on a bigger screen you get both side by side, with a detail view for each event so you can see what it actually is before you commit an afternoon to it. All of that browsing, filtering and reading works logged out with no account.

Signing in lets you save the events you want to go to and, if you run a shop, surface your own store days, but the finder itself is open to everyone. Nobody near me played when I started, so part of why I built this is that finding the local scene should not be the hardest part of the hobby, and pulling the events into the same app as your collection, your lists and your paints means the whole thing lives in one place instead of scattered across a dozen group chats and calendars.

Whether you are after a relaxed paint and chat night, a proper tournament to test a list you built in the army builder, or just a store running a demo you can turn up to, the same feed and calendar cover all of it, and because it is tied to a location you set rather than a feed someone else curates, what you see is genuinely what is near you. It is a small thing, but knowing there is a game to go to is half of what keeps people in the hobby, so getting that in front of you is worth doing properly.
